Costume Giveaway Details
The Halloween Costume Giveaway and Autumn Celebration will take place at the United Way of Broome County Offices, located at 101 S. Jensen Road in Vestal. The event is scheduled for Saturday, October 5th, from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. Doors will open promptly at 9 am, and the event will conclude once all costumes have been selected.
