To call Stewart's Shops a success story might be the understatement of the decade. Not only has nearly every location seen modern remodels, but new stores continue to top up across the Hudson Valley and beyond.

New Stewart's Shops in the Hudson Valley

Most recently, Stewart's has opened stores in Highland, NY (above) and Catskill, NY, with the Catskill location being heralded as "the second largest Stewart's location in New York". While that claim has not been officially confirmed, there is information on the actual largest Stewart's Shop.

The "Super Stewart's" in New York State

The store, located near the banks of Lake Champlain, is so large that it's been nicknamed a "Super Stewart's"(above and below). Its 4,186 square-feet of space has everything customers are used to finding in a Stewart's location with the addition of "an expanded grocery line, a beer cave, and even a produce island". The Super Stewarts is located at 4308 Main Street in Port Henry, NY. Formerly the location of a grocery store (below), Stewart's shared that part of the reason for the expanded store was to provide locals and visitors with a convenient shopping option despite the loss of the local store. It also has another coveted feature.
